when u hear of republic of steak, what comes to ur mind? obviously steak! YUP! they sell the best steaks!!! i love their angus steak, so tender, it even melts in ur mouth. itself taste so good even without adding the sauce, but nevertheless, it taste better with the sauce! there are 3 choices to choose from Red Wine, Black Pepper or Mushroom. i would always choose black pepper. i simply love the peppery taste along with the tender and juicy steak!it comes with 2 sides dishs. i would always choos
it comes with 2 sides dishs. i would always choose the potato salad and the onion rings! the potato salad is simply refreshing, the light sour cream sauce that they mixed the potato in is very delicious. the potato is quite crunchy yet soft at the same time. the onion rings is also really good, the batter is very fragrant. i love the way they fry it till golden brown. yummy!
for the angus steak, if u find the original size of 200g simply not enough to hit the spot, u can increase the weight by 50g increment for just $4 per 50g.
The republic pork ribs is also really good! the ribs are roasted till golden brown after which tasty bbq sauce is applied on it. so delicious. the ribs are tender and juicy. another must order dish!
