The last time when I was there I didn't have the chance to try their signature dishes. So this time we had Steam Fish in Thai Style, Champagne Pork Ribs, Crispy Butter Prawns and Fried Prawn Omelet with "Shang Mee". The fish was really fresh and they had tom yam sauce to go with the fish. But the sauce would be even better if it was a little bit more sour and spicier. The pork ribs were great. The butter prawns were rather crispy on the outside. Quite acceptable. The "Shang Mee"'s small portion was quite generous. Good enough for at least 3-4 people to share. This dish is a commonly seen in all Tze Char places so it is not easy to go wrong. A good alternative to those who don't like rice.
