I was told the Bread Society is under the BreadTalk Group only recently. I frequent a few times but one of the usual favourite has to be the Strawberry Brioche. It does like a piece of dessert but it did not taste like it. It has got a bread texture with a thin layer of custard on top then garnished with berries. It has got a good mix of sweet and sour taste. This is the unusual bread but at a higher price. I would not suggest to keep it refrigerated for too long as its taste and quality would
