My favourite in this Japanese bakery is their pork bun Piroshiki. Not sure how Piroshiki was made, but it has a combination of different taste just like 水煎包. The outer layer is crispy fried/baked with melted cheese on top. The pork and bamboo shoot filling within it was flavorful and blend into the soft bread.Sun Moulin petite series are one of the best.
