Chicken rice has always been one of the signature local dishes. Was having a day out at the beach last weekend when we were craving to have something local and not pizzas or pastas. The rice grains were fragrant and cooked to the right texture, neither too rough nor mushy. The chicken meat was generous and lean, as I requested for breast meat anyway. The dish was great with the chicken rice garlic chili and dark sauce.
