This is the California Handroll. The seaweed is packed separately and you have to roll it yourself to ensure that the seaweed doesn't get soggy after staying in the package for too long. This handroll tasted sweet (due to the tamago and mayonnaise) and refreshing (because of the cucumber) at the same time. It can be a full meal on its own as there is quite a bit of rice in there. I felt semi-full after just one handroll. These are tuna and crabmeat mayonnaise wrapped in soft beancurd skin. I did

These are tuna and crabmeat mayonnaise wrapped in soft beancurd skin. I didn't really like that the beancurd skin is slightly sweet. I prefer the crabmeat one to the tuna one as it was lighter. This meal costs me less than $5.
