This seemed to be a popular stall for desserts like sesame paste, peanut paste, almond paste, peanut soup and dou suan. There was quite a queue during lunch on Saturday.

I ordered a bowl of dou suan for $1.20 after queued up for 5 minutes. It tasted alright with the you tiao but after i done with the you tiao, it did not taste as nice on its own. It might be for a healthier choice thus the sweetness level is very much controlled. I only managed to finish half a bowl and left the other half unfinished. No matter, it should have a certain level of sweetness to make it a delicious dessert. What do you think?
