It is the sweet plum potato fries;DLoved it since day one I first tried this when they introduced it onto their menu as a new item^^The outer coating is fried to be crispy and nice, while the sweet potato under the coating remains sweet, making the dish to be that tasty.The size of the potato are just rightly sized, so eating it is definitely convenient;DBefore it is packed and served, sweet plum powder is added to it to give it the plum taste, enhancing its flavour and making it more palatable.
