I didn't know what is yao mak till I see the lettuce. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy, blends well with the slightly salty fermented beancurd sauce...nice. Seafood meehoon with fish sauce (medium) $13.30++
This ordinary looking fried meehoon was the biggest surprise of the day. The rather white color vermicelli was really flavorful, has lotsa smoky aroma (wok hei) and quite springy as well...thumbs up!
