Brought the tao huay and peanut pancake for lunch. Firstly, the peanut pancake has a soft and spongy texture. The peanut fillings was added with sugar to provide a slight sweetness to the pancake. The coarseness of the peanut was a bit too fine, would prefer to be chopped less fine and maybe in a creamy texture. As for the tao huay, it has a very soft and smooth texture, fragrance soya bean taste. Amount of sugar syrup added was sufficient. And I think that this tao huay is suitable for all day
