Our superior bought us a lot of breads from Four Leaves Bakery at Bugis Junction. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Mr. Tan for his kindness. Haha.It looked like Sardine or Tuna Bread from outside. Very soft bread, buttery tasted with flavoured Kaya. Hainanese Kaya appeared brown because the sugar that used to make the kaya was caramelized. I prefer it because it was not too sweet but still delicious to eat.
