I enjoy eating TCC pasta and my order this time round, Tobiko scallop pasta ( about $20) is no exception. I love how the pasta is done al dente- chewy and firm, and how it soaks up the fragrant flavor of the Japanese dressing. The portion of ingredients were generous- you will find shimeji mushrooms, together with dollops of Tobiko egg roe- that are crunchy and bursting with flavor. The crowning top is probably the huge and fresh scallop pieces. Every bite of this dish is heavenly. Highly recomm
