Thai Chicken Rice.

There was no queue so i decided to have their thai chicken rice for lunch. It is a fried chicken fillet with thai chilli and served with achar and slices of cucumber as illustrated by a picture on their signboard but the achar was missing from my plate. i do love achar and that is part of the reason for wanting to order the chicken rice from this stall. The color of fried chicken cutlet was a little too dark and tasted a little over-fried. I wonder are they using the same rice for their chicken

The color of fried chicken cutlet was a little too dark and tasted a little over-fried. I wonder are they using the same rice for their chicken rice as the rice has almost no taste of chicken stock but it was soft and moist though. I did not enjoy the chilli, the spiciness was a little too mild to my liking. And, the nicest was that bowl of hot cabbage soup.

Perhaps i should stick to their roasted chicken next time if i am crazily hungry and want a quick lunch.
