This is the Thai food stall on the left. With drinks like Thai milk tea at just $1.50 and pad Thai at $4. The food is reasonable and the quality is decent.

The stall is helmed by the owner herself who brought her skills of a home-cooked Thai dishes into Singapore. In order to deliver delicious Thai food, the ingredients are imported directly from Thailand regularly in order to the origin taste of Thai cuisine. You can spot the boxes of ingredients laying at the stall entrance all stamped "Product of Thailand".

The Thai milk tea wasn't too diluted and sweet enough for me. I've always been a fan of Thai Milk Tea. I love the milkiness and sweetness of the drink. But it's not easy to find them at a reasonable price. I've heard some cafe charging close to $10 a cup for these.

Here at Mae Noi, they make the drinks right in front of you and being self-service. They will ring a bell and you walk right up to collect your drink order. Since there's no more than 30 seats at this eating corner. It's very easy to spot your completed drink/food order at the cashier.

2. Mae Noi Basil Minced Pork with mama noodles $4

This dish was soaked in the minced pork sauce which was addictive! The noodles itself was more like maggie instant noodles, they were springy and didn't absorb much of the sauce. They were generous with the minced pork as you could grab a taste of the minced pork in every mouthful!

3. Pad Thai with Chicken or Prawn $4 each

The Pad Thai had enough wok hei and you could see charred bits of the noodles. There was sufficient crushed nuts for the noodles. You can pick, chicken or pork or prawns. I got the prawn pad Thai and the prawns were crunchy and delicious.
