The Disgruntled Chef for a lovely dinner with my friend. Ordered their steak tartare which is a must try! The beef was nicely grilled to medium rare and when eaten with the sauce, it is really good! The steak is also very fresh and not too dry like some others which I have tried. It still retained its tenderness. There is also soft-boiled quails eggs the steak tartare, very special
