nothing like a day out with family at the beach and a seafood dinner to boot. We also had a large serving of scallops in yam rings, boiled prawns that were very sweet and done so simply it was great on its own or with a dipping sauce of dark soy and chilli. We ended the meal with individual servings of mango puddings.
