Most of the ingredients are prepared by the owner on the spot, like he can be tossing the noodle, and making the dumplings, and slicing the meat while waiting for the noodle to be cooked there and then. That somehow explained the long waiting time. And, that is also the guarantee of the freshest ingredients used somewhat.
For $4.00, you are getting a prawn, a dumpling, a meat ball, mushroom, a few slices of meat and some minced meat etc. No matter, it is definitely value for money.
Dry vs Soup. I still prefer the dry one a little more, though the soup one was pretty good too.
Patience is the key, but the wait is worthwhile.
