This is a memorable dinning experience for me because We have tried the famous Hot-Star fried chicken cutlet in Taiwan then Macau and later in Hong Kong and now in Singapore.

We were looking forward to try it with great anticipation. We made the order and paid up then a number tag was issued. The size of the fried chicken cutlet was huge, as big as those that we have eaten in other countries. And so, we expected it to taste as good.

We were given a choice to choose in between 3 different type of drinks: red tea, green tea and lemonade. And, we wanted lemonade and we liked it.

We gotten our order in 15 minutes. Each piece of chicken cutlet is fried upon ordered hence a reasonable waiting time is well expected. It was definitely a joy to hold that piece of XXL fried chicken cutlet in my hands. It is advisable to do it with cautious as it is really hot to be held with bare hands.

The chilli and pepper are only sprinkled on one side of the fried chicken cutlet. A suggestion here. You might want to request for an extra amount of chilli powder to be added as it would help to enhance the flavour perfectly.

I was a little disappointed after had my first bite. The chicken meat tasted a little bland. Perhaps it has not been marinated long enough hence it did not taste as good as expected? The texture of the chicken was a little strange as well. I am not too sure whether fresh or frozen chicken pieces were used to prepare the fried chicken cutlet but it tasted towards the taste of the frozen one in this instance.

Eating such a big piece of fried chicken cutlet can be quiet a challenge too. You gotta eat it fast if not the outer layer of fried chicken will turned soggy but you cannot eat it too quick as your mouth might get burned by the freshly fried chicken cutlet.

So, would i come back again? I think i would stay away for a little while to give them a little time to perfect it before a come back.
