I have always thought that The Coastal Settlement has average food, but it's quite popular among my friends as it has nice decor and good ambience; alfresco dining if you choose to sit outdoors. Wouldn't recommend it though, as there might be mosquitoes. I had the Truffle Mushroom Fettuccine this time, which costs $21. There's wild and enoki mushrooms, topped with parmesan cheese.
