Bai Le is a tze char stall in Broadway coffee shop at Choa Chu Kang Crescent. According to my boyfriend, many residents living around the neighborhood love to patronize this stall during dinner time especially on weekends. He said the crabs only cost $23 for 2 (small ones), we went down with the aim to have a pair for dinner but only to be disappointed that they were all sold out.

We then opted for sweet n sour pork rice, mai po tofu and sambal sweet potato leaves. My favorite dish was the mai po tofu, it was like a one dish meal to me, and I could eat it on its own. The rectangular tofu pieces were marshmallow soft, the green peas were green, crunchy and fresh, the mushrooms and prawns were a great bonus and the egg cracked to make the gravy tastier really did its part.
