wanted to have western food craving fix with astons and was deciding on which outlet to go, we hope to avoid the crowded outlets so a friend suggested this one at maple business centre since its more of n office space and should n;t have huge crowd. ;t have huge crowd. We reached around 7 plus...yes carpark was pretty empty, good sign for us, then we can have a fast yet quiet dinner. When we went upstairs to the restaurant, we were surprised that the restaurant was already half filled. and this outlet is certainly one of the bigger ones. by 830, the restaurant is 90% full. guess the aston name doesn't stop people from driving here despite being out of the way. This time i tried the prime ribeye extra cut with the new side macaroni cheese and potato wedges. The extra cut ribeye is supposedly a larger cut of the ribeye but it looks pretty similar to the normal one, taste also, but still overall grilled well and a good eat. couldn't say the same with the new side dish macaroni and cheese. i thought while Kenny rogers is struggling to keep its consistency on this highly sought after side dish, we have a new alternative...but not gonna be the case. i guess unless they continue to improve on its quality, i ain't ordering this as a side the next time round.
