I ordered the Salt Baked Chicken Thigh with Mixed Rice ($6.30). The mixed rice tastes rather similar to traditional chinese rice dumplings (bazhang) with pieces of tender chinese sausages in it. Each set comes with rice, chicken, kailan and soup. The thigh was well salted with the flavour seeping into the meat as well. It was tender and came off fron the bone easily and was pretty decent in size. The vegetables were fine but nothing to shout about, but the soup was glistering with bubbles of oil on the surface. Having a sip of it might be slightly refreshing, but there are other places that serves clearer and more refreshing soup without the layer of oil on the top.
