My Hubby and I visited Watami ION Orchard to have our dinner . Food is good, price i think okie but service abit disappointed. i was asking for some warm water but did not serve to us. I have asked a few watiers but none of them bother to serve us. My hubby had to go and self-help himself. I was wondering is it because the staff are part-timers but I really hope they can improve their service by paying mor attention to the customer's need.
