Nothing beats the cold but silky soya beancurd on a hot afternoon. I was told the soya beancurd style is enabled by adding the white coffee mate powder. Have yet to see laoban come up with more innovative flavors though. But meanwhile i will stick to this choice. The bowl with red cap is to differentiate the almond version.
