white pearl taste like black pearl

i was feeling a little tasty from a heavy dinner. my dinner was kind of salty so i got very thirsty quite quicky. i happened to pass by a-gan and decided to give it a try. the shop apparently originates from taiwan like many bubble tea shops. i was feeling heaty from the dinner i ate so i decided to cool myself down with some bubble tea. i ordered their herbal grass milk tea. apparently they ran out the jelly strips topping so they offered me to replace it with black pearls or white pearls. i am

i was feeling a little tasty from a heavy dinner. my dinner was kind of salty so i got very thirsty quite quicky. i happened to pass by a-gan and decided to give it a try. the shop apparently originates from taiwan like many bubble tea shops. i was feeling heaty from the dinner i ate so i decided to cool myself down with some bubble tea. i ordered their herbal grass milk tea. apparently they ran out the jelly strips topping so they offered me to replace it with black pearls or white pearls. i am a gong cha, i love taimei white pearl fan, so of cos i opted for white pearls. little did i know that their white pearls tasted nothing like the normal white pearls, it's texture and taste is similar to the normal black pearl, just that the pearls are white. i was kind of disappointed, but never the less, the milk tea saved the day. it was so smooth and milky. very refreshing!
