Plentiful stalls, it had too many varieties to choose. Indeed it was stuffy in afternoon and very packed which hard to get a seat at Albert Centre Market. Yet, the food was still irresistible and made me “die die” want to fill up my stomach here. Except selling individual Popiah, the stall was also trading the Handmade Popiah Skin. It was counted by Kilograms, $15.00 each. I ordered two Popiah, it costed me $2.80. Cut into five pieces, the size was just nice for one bite. Mouthful and satisfied,

Filling was solid and it mixed and matched well. Skin was obviously fresh made, elastic yet easy to tear off. Chewy Turnips, it was also stuffed with crunchy cucumber and diced peanuts. A little spiciness further enhanced the flavour.
