The 'Roasted duck' of Dian Xiao Er really live up to it's reputation. The skin on the
exterior is so crispy that every bite of it you could hear the 'ka-zi' sound and the meat
in it is unbelievable tender that even baby could chew it by themselves! It is really a
must try dish if you happen to visit their store at any outlets.

The 'Baby Kai-Lan w/ Salted Fish & Lime' is delicious. No complain and no special about
it. To me it is just another vegtable on the table.

While their 'HongKong Style Steamed Fish Slices' was yet another impressive dish.
(Just look at the pix and you will know why! Lol.) Am busy eating away till I almost forgot
to take a picture of it. The fish is definitely fresh and sweet and the way it is cooked is
not very salty which is great for people who are very health concern.

As for their 'Dong po pork', be it the meat or skin both are very very tender and delicious.
Very sinful too as the thick layer of fatty meat is very very unhealthy but still it is worth
trying!
