Giving a fresh twist on the traditional Nyonya Kueh, they were all pure and without preservatives or food additives. Apom Berkuah adorned with little bit purple colour on top, they were made from fermented Rice Flour and Coconut Juice. A bowl of Durian Pengat was awesome, served with chilled Durian Mousse, steamed Yams and Sweet Potatoes. It was well done with thickly rich broth. Apom Balik was the one I like the most. Wheat flour pancakes with strong fragrance of Pandan Juice and Coconut Milk, it filled up generously with Kaya while flipped into halves. Splendid taste and texture, their food was in great pride of culinary skill. We enjoy our time there, environment, service and food. I will come again for their main course.
