This is my second time here and I decided to try the tau huay in a wooden tub which I saw other tables ordering the last time I was there. The tau huay was very hot when it arrived and it is a very unique experience scooping the tau huay from the tub. I like this way of serving since I can adjust the level of sweetness based on how I like it to be. The tau huay is very smooth and it is quite wobbly. I added a little syrup for flavour to minimise on the calories and it is as tasty due to the good quality soy beans used. It is a great and healthy dessert!
