As a century eggs lover, I cant help it but I had to order them. Surprisingly, they were out of my expectation. Besides its cooling outer layer and the preserved ginger stripes, the yolk came in creamy orange color, unlike the usual ones in boring grey color.

Preparation of the dish was rather efficient whereby our food was served less than 5 minutes after ordering. The deep fried stuffs were served in the grease paper to absorb the oil with the thin crispy fragile prawn cracker still maintaining its shape even though it was put into the oil once more.

For additional kick, it is recommendable to dip all the fried stuff into the bowl of concocted chilli sauce given. I bet you will feel "shiok" as I were.

Cost of meal: $15 for 2 pax (Based on the above items)
