This is the one of the famous stalls with the longest queue in this hawker centre, and most of these regular supporters are the elderly ones. The waiting time is quite intense as it can be as long as 30 mins or longer.I could never understand why would these people bother to queue for yong tau foo? i wanted to try a few times but turned off by the long queue but I made up my mind to try today, and i waited for 30 mins to be served. You can choose between the 9 pieces or 7 pieces with noodle, both

You can choose between the 9 pieces or 7 pieces with noodle, both for $3.00. You can choose between kway teow, yellow noodle or bee hoon and you can have it dry or soup. You can choose to add extra ingredients like fishcake for 0.60 cents, bitter gound for 0.40 cents or 3 mini abalone for $1.00 but you did not get to choose your choice of yong tau foo.
i wanted yellow noodle, and i absolutely love the crunchiness of ikan bilis on top of the noodle. All the yong tau foo are handmade with fresh ingredients. I had 2 fishballs, 2 white tofu with fishpaste, 2 fried beancurd skin rolls and 1 stuffed taupok in the clean tasting MSG free soup. My personal favourite gotta be the white tofu with fishpaste.
Their opening hours is from 5.45 am to 3.00 pm.
There is another famous yong tau foo stall at the people park hawker centre with super long queue too, if i have to compare both stalls and choose between them, my choice gotta be the other one.
