I live near ABC market and this Korean stall is my 2nd fav stall at this market!I always either have their bibimbap or kimchi fried rice, which I think are really yummy for its hawker price. I always either have their bibimbap or kimchi fried rice, which I think are really yummy for its hawker price. I've always liked bibimbap as it is a rice dish that consists mostly of different vegetables hence it is pretty healthy - I like how there's a little bit of each type and the crunchiness you get in each mouthful.
This is the bibimbap ($4) in a takeaway container, consisting of a sunny side up, meat (chicken/pork/beef, bean sprouts, julienned cucumber and carrot, seaweed and kimchi with Korean chilli sauce on the side. Their sunny side up is always done perfectly , and the portions of meat, veg and chilli sauce are just right such that all the rice and ingredients are nicely coated with the sauce (not too much or little) and you won't have to worry that each mouthful will only consist mostly of rice.Post
