It was dinner alone at home, to make up for the lack of company, I decided to splurge a little and treat myself to better food. The long bean was very crunchy. there were also minced meat stirred fried together with the long beans. As a whole the dish was very balance of vegetables and meat. There were a little gravy was well, goes well with rice. very filling too.
