Mad Jack
Mad Jack
2013-08-07
Mad Jack is a halal-certified restaurant that serves up a variety of Aussie fusion food. Unfortunately, not all of them (including those chef recommendations) are deliciously good but there are a few MUST-TRYs in the menu.. Such like the Extreme Blue Mountains Beef Burger, French Vanilla Latte, Double Fudge Mocha, Pavlova, Chocolate Lava Cake (:{French Vanilla Latte | $6.90} My favourite drink among the five - Not too thick and not too strong. Just perfect! {Brain Stimulator | $4.50} Made from a blend of fresh orange, pear, lemon & apple, this beneficial fruit juice taste just like.. well, fruit juice! {Fruit of the Forest | $6.90} A smoothie made out of strawberries, blueberries & raspberries. It has a slight sourish kick from the berries so I would say it's a good boost! {MAD JACK Sling | $5.90} This orange, pineapple & soda concoction taste very much like a normal cup of juice.{Double Fudge Mocha | $6.90} Not the best mocha I've ever tried but the double fudge is definitely a winner! For full review and more photos, please visithttp://jasminevictorina.blogspot.sg/2013/08/mad-jack-nex.html…Read More

Heart Attack Fried Rice!
Eighteen Chefs NUS
2013-06-12
18 Chefs' Heart Attack Fried Rice has a great combination of flavours. Eat each of every ingredient in one spoonful and you'll know what I mean! I would say the highlight of this particular dish is the meat because it's cooked to perfection (my personal opinion)! Really love the it's tenderness and how it doesn't have a very strong smell/taste (.S: If you do not like salty food or those that has strong garlic taste, this may not be the dish for you!Read more (including other dishes) here:http://jasminevictorina.blogspot.sg/2013/05/eighteen-chefs-cineleisure.html…Read More

Healthy Vietnamese Cuisine
Wrap & Roll
2013-05-20
On my personal opinion, Wrap & Roll serves up some really interesting dishes that will leave you totally guilt-free. It's healthy and a 100% Vietnamese. I love the fact that you get to 'interact' with your food by wrapping, rolling and eating them up! So with all these said, I think it's a great place to consider for those who are on a diet (:READ MORE ON:http://jasminevictorina.blogspot.sg/2012/12/wrap-roll-star-vista.html…Read More

Peranakan Fusion Cuisine @ Woody's
Woody Family Café
2013-05-15
Don't be misled by the word "Pub" because at Woody's, it's not just a wonderland for drinkers. In fact, it's a GREAT place for foodies who crave for something to spice up their life! You don't wanna miss out on their Peranakan Fusion Cuisine! The average price range per diner is around $30+ so don't forget to check your wallets before you head out! But despite the rather high prices, their dishes are all served in GENEROUS portions so you don't have to worry about leaving the cafe in search for a late night supper. Trust me, your tummy WILL be satisfied! Oh, & what's more, their dishes are freshly cooked by the owners themselves so if authenticity is what you're looking for, well, they've got it!Read More on my Blog:http://jasminevictorina.blogspot.sg/2012/11/woody-family-pub-cafe.html…Read More
