Tucked away near Keppel, South Side feels like one of those spots you stumble upon and instantly want to keep to yourself. I dropped by for brunch and the rosti caught me off guard in the best way. Crispy, golden, topped with creamy avo and a perfectly runny onsen egg. I wandered into Wabi Sabi the other day without much of a plan — just needed a break and maybe a decent bite. What I found was better than expected. The place is tucked into Everton Park, quiet and a little hidden. It’s minimalist without trying too hard, and you sort of forget you’re in the middle of the city.I had the pork katsu sando.  Wow! I recently spent an evening at Sky Bar, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite rooftop haunts. The city skyline view from the poolside loungers was stunning—especially around sunset.
