Attracted by the great smile of Teppanyaki, we dine here and had chosen the set meal of sliced lamb + veggie + rice + soup (SGD 7.8) that night. I was delighted and impressed by how fresh and juicy the sliced lamb was! It was just in right proportion for each person - not much and not less. I simply wanna go for a buffet with variety of choices of seafood and dessert. Here the Dining Room served what I wanted. They have plenty of choices of seafood such as lobster, prawn, mussel, oyster etc. It has a corner for dessert and ice-cream. I normally don't really bother the area of warm dish :) For the environment, it has a spectacular view of the waterfall, which is very remarkable.It is Christmas period but it only charges SGD 58 per head. Well, we visit here since it is new to us. Dish here is quite pricey. For its portion and the quality, I dont feel like it worths SGD 10+. Foodcourt downstairs could even do better than them... We ordered one Nasi rice with curry chicken+braised beef+squid (SGD 15.9). Squid was cold and the general dish was just warm not hot enough (bad). The second dish we ordered was rice noodles with steamed chicken (SGD 10.9). A very ordinary dish which doesn't taste any special at all. Finally got our seats when we almost wanted to leave...The speed of delivering food is quite efficient. This is our first time to celebrate the Deepavali here, we decided to bump into Little India for indian cuisine to enjoy the moment. Hehee, from the menu, we had no idea what we wanted to order about, it was nice that they have photos with the description. We ended up to order two dishes of Dosai!Dosai - for me, it is kind of like crepe or pancake.The Dosai meal (SGD 7) served with 5 types of sauce and 3 kinds of veggies. This is 'Cone' Dosai (SGD 4). We were craving for Thai food, as a result we ended up here!We had ordered two 'Green' dishes: Pahd Pak Krunmit (kind of mixed veggies, SGD 6) and Yum Voon Seng (Glass Noodle salad with seafood, SGD 8). Actually they aren't expensive, but quite small in portion... personally I don't think it worths such price :(We had also ordered one shell dish: Hoy Kang Luak (see hum, SGD 6). It is a reasonable portion dish for its price. I wanted to visit TWG for long. They serve more than 500 types of tea, which is really cool!We had chosen one floral tea and one flamingo pink tea (forgot its typical name), it tastes incredibly good and smell like flower. I especially like its color - PINK :) It tastes nice with a piece of cake. Choices for cake aren't much here. We chose one is creme brulee mixed with something else. It tasted absolutely nice!
