Went to Faigo Hotpot to celebrate Christmas with my colleagues! Had a great time, food was good but we waited 90 minutes for our table! 50% off for all items as it was the last day of their opening special promotion, it was worth the 90 minutes wait.Ordered a Mala Soup Broth, it was more peppery than spicy. The more it boils, the better it taste. Beef was thinly sliced, fresh and taste good.Pork belly was thinly sliced as well and tasted fresh. Quite a good portion for the price.Shrimp paste was fantastic! Unlike other hot pot places, the staff do not serve the shrimp paste. You have to do it on your own. Went to Marche on Thanksgiving day! Had a feast with my family. The rosti was the best dish out of all the dishes and the rosti station had the longest queue! I queued for almost 15 -20 mins? It was worth the wait though. Let me present to you Rosti with Sunny Side Up Egg! Eat it while it's hot! Break the yolk and mix it with your rosti! There's just something about flowy egg yolks that makes me go wow yums! I also ordered the rosti with garlic sausage! Sausage was huge and tasty! I love it!
