In my opinion, the food is not really worth the money. A pasta dish alone can cost $8, and you have an option of 3 different sets of side dishes, each with different costs. The pizza dough is hard and it can be frustrating trying to cut it into small pieces. I am not sure if this is the case for the other outlets. However, the service in this outlet is splendid. I once spilled my drink and they cleaned it up within mere minutes, on top of offering me another table and replacing my drink. I go to this place often as it is located near my house. The food and drinks they serve are good and consistent and the price is fair. They seldom get our orders wrong and the employees there are friendly. However, it is often crowded at night and therefore service might be a bit slow. The ambiance is good as well. The title pretty much sums it up. The food is average; nothing special. Their drinks such as teh-tarik and ice-milo are not very consistent. Some days they can be too sweet and some days they can be a bit bland. Service is not too friendly. But it's a cheap place to go to at night for supper, and it has a very "chill" atmosphere.
