1. Prizes are listed on the contest page and will be given "as is" without any warrantees, and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
2. Prize redemption must be made at OpenRice Singapore office located at 1 Scotts Road, #18-01, Shaw Centre, Singapore 228208 (opening hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Closed on weekends and PH)
3. Winners will also be contacted via their registered OpenRice account email.
4. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility.
5. These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

6. This Contest is conducted and operated by OpenRice Singapore ("The Promoter").
7. This Contest is open to all members of OpenRice Singapore. Not yet a member, sign up here!
8. This Contest runs till 3 February 2014.
9. By entering this Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
10. To qualify for the contest, participants must comment on the Facebook comment portion of the contest page their guess (up to 2 decimal points) of the CNY hamper price.
11. The 8 closest guess will win either the Bak Kwa or the CNY goodie bag. Prizes will be allocated at random.
12. This Contest is not eligible to employees of OpenRice Singapore.
13. All winners are obligated to have their photo taken by an OpenRice staff when collecting their prizes. Failure to abide by this clause may result in forfeiture of prizes.
14. All participant details provided will remain confidential except that The Promoter has the right to use and publish the names and photos of winners in any of their advertising and publicity materials; not limited to print, internet and television media in Singapore and beyond.
15. Prizes redemption can only be made as soon as OpenRice Singapore secures the prize(s).
16. Prize(s) are subject to availability. OpenRice reserves the right to substitute or replace any prize(s) with any other item(s) of equal or similar value (in kind) without prior notice.
17. For prize collection, winners will be required to provide proof of identity and may be asked to login to their OpenRice account for verification purposes.
18. Any unredeemed prizes not claimed within the Collection Period stated in the winners' notification email will be forfeited.
19. Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be deemed void or invalid.
20. By entering and participating in this Contest, your email address will be recorded in our database and you will automatically receive updates from OpenRice Singapore via our newsletter, EDM, etc. OpenRice may also contact you via SMS or phone to verify your particulars or inform you about the prize redemption, if you are selected as a winner.
21. The Promoter may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
22. If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, without prior notice
23. Any fraud, misconduct, abuse, or non-compliance from the participant regarding these Terms and Conditions and/or any other requirements communicated by OpenRice to participants, may results in the disqualification of the OpenRicer and/or the forfeiture of any points awarded. If any person is disqualified from the contest at a later date, OpenRice reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s).
24. OpenRice is not liable for any submission delay, information loss or error that arises from computer, network or technical issues.
25. The Promoter may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
26. By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against OpenRice Singapore Pte Ltd, its principal company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
