Terms & Conditions
PRIZES- There will be one (1) winner determined via a lucky draw. He/she will be entitled to bring along one (1) friend to join them.
- The winner will be entitled to a 3-course mystery set dinner for two (2) worth $78++ per person, at NOX - Dine in the Dark Restaurant.
- The Food Tasting at NOX will take place on XX October 2013, 7pm. All winners must ensure that they are available on this date as OpenRice will be making reservations beforehand.
GENERAL TERMS
- All entries must be submitted before 13 September 2013, 2359hrs. The winner will be announced on 16 September 2013 and must respond to our email / phone notice within 48 hours to secure their prize.
- In the event that the selected winners are unable to attend the Food Tasting, OpenRice reserves the right to forfeit his/her prize and select another winner in replacement.
- Once all winners' attendance has been confirmed (via phone or email), there will be no further changes. Failure to turn up for the Food Tasting after confirmation will result in disqualification from all future Food Tastings, unless a valid reason is given.
- Food served at the Food Tasting is provided by the respective restaurant(s) and not by OpenRice Singapore. If you have any feedback about the food, feel free to leave a review.
- By entering and participating in this Contest, your email address will be recorded in our database and you will automatically receive updates from OpenRice Singapore via our newsletter, EDM, etc.
- OpenRice may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
- If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, without prior notice.
- These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
