Terms & Conditions

1. Only 1 redemption of a Single Scoop Udders Ice Cream Voucher) per OpenRice member is allowed.
2. Reviews must be submitted between 0000hrs on 5 November, 2012 and 2359hrs on 11 November, 2012 to be considered for this redemption.
3. Reviews submitted must meet our basic reviews criteria to qualify.
4. Limited to the first 250 redemptions, while stocks last.
5. Redemption of vouchers will be done at OpenRice Singapore’s main office from 9am – 12pm, 2pm – 6pm, Monday – Friday only.
6. Winners may request for the voucher to be mailed to them when contacted. No replacement and no guarantee for lost vouchers.
7. This Contest is conducted and operated by OpenRice Singapore ("The Promoter").
8. This Contest is open to all members of OpenRice Singapore. Not yet a member, sign up here!
9. By entering this Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
10. This Contest is not eligible to employees of OpenRice Singapore.
11. All participant details provided will remain confidential except that The Promoter has the right to use and publish the names and photos of winners in any of their advertising and publicity materials; not limited to print, internet and television media in Singapore and beyond.
12. Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be deemed void or invalid.
13. By entering and participating in this Contest, your email address will be recorded in our database and you will automatically receive updates from OpenRice Singapore via our newsletter, EDM, etc.
14. The Promoter may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
15. If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, without prior notice

Prizes

1. Each winner is entitled to a Single Scoop Udders Ice Cream voucher worth $4.20.
2. Limited to the first 250 redemptions, while stocks last.
3. Prize is given "as is" without any warrantees, and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
4. All vouchers must be redeemed after 12pm, 12 November 2012 and before 6pm, 30 November 2012.
5. Winners will be contacted via email on 15 November 2012.
6. For prize collection, winner may be required to provide proof of identity and verify OpenRice account.
7. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility.
8. These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
