How do I redeem the prizes?
You can mix & match any of the prizes listed as long as the total Experience Points (EXP) required is lesser than or equal to the total amount of EXP you have accumulated for that month.
(e.g. To redeem 2 x Movie Vouchers (1500 EXP) + $20 Starbucks Card (1500 EXP), you will need to have at least 3000 EXP accumulated within that month)
Can I bring forward my un-redeemed EXP over to the next month?
No. All EXP are calculated on a month-by-month basis and cannot be carried forward to the next month. All un-redeemed EXP will be forfeited.
