2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
250g brown sugar
125ml of oil
1.5 tsp of vanilla essence
60ml of Water
4 apples, diced

Method
1. Place flour, cinnamon, baking soda in a large bowl to whisk
2. Whisk egg, oil, vanilla essence, water & sugar in a separate bowl
3. Pour 2 into 1 and then add the apples
4. 15 minutes each side on slow heat
5. Serve.
