1 large ripe tomato 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ½ tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tsp dried shredded oregano 1-2 tbsp grated parmesan Black pepper Sea salt
Method
1. Slice the tomato into widths of about ½ cm. Arrange them on a piece of aluminium foil in a tray without overlapping. 2. Drizzle tomatoes with the olive oil, sprinkle the garlic and oregano all over, then season with salt and pepper to your taste. 3. Broil the tomatoes at 180 in the oven or until the cheese has melted and browned a bit. 4. Serve while still piping hot!
