2 large Squids Half cup cornflour 1 teaspoon sea slat 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon garlic powder/curry powder
Method
1. Trim squids and cut into medium-sized pieces. 2. Add all ingredients and marinate for half an hour. 3. Heat up pot of oil. 4. Deep fry in high heat till golden brown and crispy. 5. Set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil. 6. Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle some chilli powder and some salt.
