1) put 1 spoon of the Pork Floss onto the small Popiah Skin & roll it up (as if making Popiah). 2) seal the loose edge with lightly beaten egg. 3) repeat till the all the Popiah Skin is used up (approx 50 pcs). 4) heat oil in frying pan & fry till golden brown 5) dish out to cool before storing into air-tight containers or start popping into your mouth.

Tips
Use normal shredded Pork Floss, crispy Pork Floss is too dry. Use plain, small Popiah Skin, Egg Popiah Skin will not be as crispy. Pan-fry is a healthier choice.
