1. Cream (A) lightly & add in (B). Cream until smooth
2. Add in (C) & mix until well blended.
3. Press it into tart mould
4. Bake the tarts @ 190deg for 15 mins or until golden brown. (adjust temperature accordingly to mould size) Do NOT remove tarts from the mould so it would not crumble while cheese filling is added later.
5. Cream (D) until light & smooth, Add (E) & cream until well blended. Add in (F) & mix until well combined. Lastly add (G) & mix until well incorporated.
6. Put fresh fruits in tart & cover w cheese.
7. Bake at 200deg for abt 10-12mins.
8. Glaze it with Apricot glaze or Konnyaku Jelly to give it a glossy look!
Tips
Some tips for a healthier choice... When it comes to baking or cooking, always use lesser butter & sugar as indicated in the receipe book, because it always turns out too sweet. You can replace butter with Margerine & coconut milk with Fresh Milk.
