3 cups of cooked rice (overnight) 3 tablespoons of dried shrimps 3 tablespoons of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter 1 tablespoon of superior light soya sauce
Method
Heat butter in a non stick pan over medium high heat. When the butter bubbles, add the minced garlic and dried shrimps. Fry till fragrance. Add the cooked rice and stir well ensuring that all the garlic are coated with the rice. Add one tablespoon of Superior Light Soya Sauce and dash of grounded pepper. Cook and stir until heated through and well blended. Transfer the garlic rice to a rice cooker and keep warm. When serving, garnish the garlic rice with fried shallots.
Tips
You also can add beaten eggs and cooked together with the rice.
