Deep-fried Chicken Wings in Fine Shrimp Sauce
Ingredient and Portion
1) Chicken Wings
2) Corn Starch
3) Shrimp Paste
4) Oil
5) Paper Towel
Seasoning
Prawn Paste / Shrimp Paste
Method
1.Marinate chicken wings for at least 30 minutes with Shrimp Paste.
2.Dust chicken wings lightly with corn starch.
3.Fill the pot with oil and wait for it to be hot.
4.Slowly deep-fry the chicken wings in hot oil until golden yellow.
5)Place it over paper towel to absorb the oil
Tips
You may use Shrimp Paste from Lee Kum Kee, other brands are fine as well. You may easily get it at Supermarkets Try to put in the chicken one by one into the pot to prevent it from sticking to one another.
