1. Mix all the ingredients except butter. 2. After all the ingredients had been formed into dough, add in the butter & continue to beat/knead until it no lnger stick on your hand & become smooth & elastic. 3. Lastly, add in raisins, knead for a short while & cover with wet towel & let it proof for an hour, or double the size.
To make the rolls: 1. Mix cinnamon powder and sugar in small bowl 2. Dust work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into rectangular shape, make it as thin as possible. 3. Brush the rolled out roll with margarine/butter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly. 4. Roll the dough into a line, as tight as possible. 5. Cut it into 1-2inches slices & arrange it on the pan that greased with butter. 6. Let it proof for another 30mins or double the size.
To bake: 1. Use low fire for 10-15mins 2. Flip the other side & bake for another 10mins.
